OBJECTIVES OF ILMINSTER SPORTS CLUB LIMITED
To promote for the benefit of the inhabitants of Ilminster and the surrounding area the provision of facilities for recreation or other leisure time occupation of individuals who have need of such facilities by reason of their youth, age, infirmity or disablement, financial hardship or social and economic circumstances or for the public at large in the interests of social welfare and with the object of improving the condition of life of the said inhabitants. To provide or assist in the provision for the inhabitants of Ilminster and the surrounding area of facilities in the interest of social welfare for recreation or other leisure time occupation of individuals who have need of such facilities by reason of their youth, age, infirmity or disablement, financial hardship or social circumstances with the object of improving their conditions of life.
DIRECTORS
Ilminster Sports Club limited directors have control over the affairs and property of the company and are responsible for management of the company's business. The directors have authority to exercise any powers of the company which are necessary and/or incidental to the promotion of any or all of the company's objectives.
Ilminster Sports Club limited shall consist of a maximum of 5 directors
